Write a paper, in APA format on a research topic of your choice using the PICOT format.  Paper should be about 1000 to 1500 words not including the references. Please include at least 3 journal articles. Format is as follows:
1. Plan or proposal (Introduction).
2. Research problem statement (PICOT)
3. Research purpose
4. Research design (setting, data collection, funding, etc.)
5. Implementation
6. Research analysis/evaluation.
