For your final project, select one of the five accountability areas for a Car Wash Employee(s):

1.Job description
2.Attention and focus
3.Coaching
4.Promotions
5. Performance appraisals

Complete an accountability alignment with your one chosen accountability area by addressing the following:

What are the expected service behaviors of this area?
How do service behaviors in the area align to organizational values?
If aligned well, how will ensure it stays aligned?
If not aligned, what will you do to shift it to be in alignment?
Out of this alignment, what key points would you include in a future training?
What would you do if an employee is not exhibiting expected behaviors that align to organizational values

Include a minimum of two scholarly sources (in addition to the textbook)

RUBRIC
1.Thoroughly determined expected service behaviors of chosen accountability area; clear, focused, in-depth critical thinking.
2. In-depth evaluation of expected service behaviors alignment to organizational values; determined how to stay aligned (if doing well) or determined how to shift to be in alignment (if not aligned); clear, focused, critical thought, in-depth.
3. Thoroughly assessed alignment to determine 2 or more key training points; provided relative examples; clear connection of all elements; in-depth and focused.
4. Clearly determined steps to take to correct employee behavior that is not exhibiting expected behaviors that align to organizational values; clear, concise, focused.
