Write a paper that discusses the roles of a head coach that you believe to be the most important. Justify your selection with scholarly resources describing the qualities of a successful coach noting this being a significant role played by this individual in the development of his/her coaching philosophy. Address the following in your paper:

Discuss how the roles you have identified make you more successful as a coach.
Discuss societies perception of a coach of student athletes.
Length: 5-7 pages; minimum of 3 scholarly resources required

Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
