Students will choose from several comprehensive evaluations that they will read and examine thoroughly. The case write-up will include a focused analysis of the case, including a.)identification of the key challenges and discussion of why these challenges exist; b.) the impact of these challenges on various psychosocial domains; c.) calculations of scores from a variety of individual evaluation tools; d.) discussion of the results of individual testing methods; and e.)recommendations for treatment planning including legal, ethical, and cultural issues, and recommendations for further testing, if applicable. For sections a., b., d., and e., students are asked to use appropriate examples from relevant literature to support their analyses and reference the literature according to APA referencing style. The completed assignments should be a minimum of 7 and no more than 10 typed, double-spaced pages. All work submitted is to be appropriately referenced (APA Style).
