SWOT Analysis Assignment
Healthcare organizations must continually make adjustments to maintain optimal function (Christiansen 2002). A number of different techniques can be used to determine where adjustments need to be made. One essential technique involves a discussion of an organizations strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, commonly called SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis.  A healthcare financial manager can utilize this tool to evaluate the current financial state of their organization and craft a strategy to handle both internal and external factors. 
However, for this assignment you will be conducting a personal SWOT analysis relating to a health care facility.  A personal analysis will give you an opportunity to reflect and identify your personal characteristics that can help you achieve and expand your Learning Objectives within the workplace after completing this degree program.
