Nursery Rhyme Comic Review

Do the visuals end up telling a new story, and how does that happen here? For example, whats the intertextuality of the verbal and visual texts (complementary/complimentary/counterpointing) and why? How does the size and shape of the panels contribute to the way the verbal story is told? Explore how visual elements add to the narrative. (Dont choose all seven of the visual elements, just one or perhaps two to develop your analysis). So what is the new story thats created here (if one is)?  How effectively is it done? Use specifics to support your argument. (Even though you can’t “quote” a visual in the same way you can a word, you can come close. Providing very specific examples will give your argument support and allow opportunities to explore the “so what” of the pictures for analysis.)
