You will be required to research a community or after school program or weekend Adapted Physical Activity opportunity available to individuals with disabilities. Research your findings and present a paper that:   

Define one or various disabilities that your community program is available to.
Describe what the community based program is.
And define how to access this program if asked by a parent. (Include contact information)
