Project Topics:
The topic should be 1) improvement of an existing process using DMAIC methods and tools or 2)
design of a new product or process using DMADV methods. You may choose any process or
product you are interested in or you have expertise in. However, it is recommended to consider a
project with potential cost saving of more than $100,000.

The project should include charts and diagrams for each phase.
