1.    Critically explain the factors that Nissan as an organization must take into account when deciding which HR approach to use.  Thoroughly discuss the challenges Nissan has been facing to consider such factors as a means to HR approach. 

2.    Critically analyze Nissans approach to performance improvement.  How do this benefit the organization through HRs development programs?  Give examples to support your answer. 

3.    Critically evaluate the benefits and disadvantages of Nissans training program for shop floor workers.  Include in your discussion the key role in improvement programs that the top management supports.  Importantly, what are the implications of the improvement programs as to how staff should be managed?
