Marlene has not been seen since Jan 2020. She reports that she tried the sertraline for a week but didnt see anything change and began feeling nervous about being on the medication. She relates that since that time she has continued to have ongoing worry as well as exacerbations when I was really losing it, reporting she felt she was having a heart attack. The only thing she found that helped was she took a few alprazolam pills her friend gave her. She says this was the only thing that helped her to calm down enough and feel like I am going to live! She relates that she is ready to try anything that helpsI dont want to keep living like this.
